Ms. Nida Khan is a distinguished leader in legal landscape, celebrated for her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to the profession. She holds a Law degree and a Master’s in International Relations, combining academic excellence with practical expertise to lead Lawcode Advisors as its Founder and Principal Manager.

Ms. Khan is a prolific corporate and taxation lawyer, having authored numerous research articles that provide valuable insights into these fields. Her legal expertise has been pivotal in her advisory roles with prominent organizations such as Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), the Privatization Commission of Pakistan, and various government departments.

As the elected Secretary Finance of the Peshawar High Court Bar Association for the 2023-24 term, Ms. Khan has been instrumental in advancing the welfare of the legal community, dedicating significant efforts to enhance lawyer welfare.

A passionate advocate for human rights and women’s empowerment, Ms. Khan is vocal and upright in her advocacy. Under her leadership, Lawcode Advisors collaborates with ‘Da Hawwa Lur,’ a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women. The firm also provides consultancy services to Journalists for Human Rights, a respected Canadian non-profit organization, working closely with local journalists, media entities, and civil society to improve human rights coverage.

Additionally, Ms. Khan has served as a consultant to Oxford Policy Management (OPM) Pakistan, contributing to the Rule of Law project aimed at fostering development and governance. Through these collaborative efforts, she plays a pivotal role in shaping policies and programs that drive positive societal change and progress.

Ms. Khan has extensive litigation experience at the Peshawar High Court level, specializing in constitutional writ jurisdiction and public interest litigation. She has fought tirelessly for fundamental rights in Pakistan. Her leadership is marked by integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.
